Sorry, but did my opening post not say ".... possible answer". If your network is active all the time, it would not do anything for you by the looks of it.... it does for me.
----------------------------------------The probability is, with only 1 hour a day of netting, that the RTR will latest be pushed out on the next result upload.... i wont know until after the current FAAH finishes. By all the rules written the RTR should not until the scheduled contact is there (and a few more reasons). I'll take notes what happens and than firm up the write up for 'Start Here'. Thanks for trying and confirming.

Nicolas over at BOINC dev advised that the particular command was disabled..... a case of an outdated manual
---------------------------------------- 'Ready to Report' clearance will only be done when the schedule believes it's time or when hitting thew Update button in the Projects tab.
