No Help in Vista

Ref: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/917607

When selecting the UD help menu, Vista users will receive a pop up menu indicating there is no associated Help.

Not a real problem but may drive more users to the forums.

Re: No Help in Vista

MS in their infernal wisdom and arrogance decided not to include the 'legacy' help drivers in Vista so that software from the <= XP Win platforms would not get their help to work! One has to get those from the above link for things to work again thinking

Re: No Help in Vista

I remember when the help driver was first released. It seemed like an almost useless 'Bell and Whistle' to me. It included the common generic facilities of a true help system, but omitted the specifics that had been included in truly useful help systems. Apparently Microsoft eventually agreed with me.
