Bearcat if you go to the transfer tab you will see them all waiting to retry after some time or other a few clicks of the "Retry Now" button should get you back in business

I tried the retry now and I get the error and bumps it an hour for retry. I'll try again in an hour. My guess is alot of folks are doing the same thing and putting alot of strain on the server.

The outage is over - thank you for your patience. We put in some new monitors to detect this condition but they seem to have not detected it when it occurred for real so we will be examining this issue further as well as trying to prevent the root cause in the future.

Please try again and let us know what happens. Please confirm that you are using the BOINC 5.4.9 client and that you are trying to download a files for a Genome Comparison workunit. thanks, Kevin |

Just tried. No luck. These are fcg files that won't download. keep getting http errors. I'll try again a little later.
