Would it be possible to have a new (Members Forum Heading) called General Discussions?

And an explanation as to the use of each heading as outlined below in brackets as this may help to alleviate the confusion when posting a new thread

Suggestions / Feedback
Share your input on how to improve the network.
(The emphasis here is to help to improve the overall project)

Teams
Start a thread for your team and communicate with your team members
(The emphasis here is to promote your teams with courtesy)

General Discussions
It would be very beneficial to all concerned to use this area to debate anything that is not related to the forums above
(The emphasis here is to debate in a relaxed courteous manner without conflict)

I am sure this would help to maintain the FORUM in a more orderly fashion and may go a long way in helping to keep the subject matter in the correct area
