Hi Cybernauts and WCG:
Holidays are upon us or will be soon. I am wondering if anyone wants to share their holiday traditions with all of us. I have some family here, so we share the holidays. One of us will host Thanksgiving, and one of us will host Christmas. We all share in bringing food, but whomever is hosting usually does the main meat. I will be doing salads this year for Thanksgiving, usually consisting of a waldorf type salad and tossed green salad. I had a special request to do my deviled eggs, so I wiil bring those as well. We always have a moment to give Thanks for the good things in our lives, and think of those less fortunate, and donate to food banks. Peace and prosperity to all of you!! I like to deep fry a turkey. Been doing that for years, before it became popular. Used to use a charcoal chimney and enameled pot, but my brother in law gave me a true blue turkey fryer setup for Christmas some years back and I've been using it.

Wow Gromit that was awesome.....the Turkey too!! I have had deep fried Turkey and it is very good.
I am still having some trouble having my points counted...computers drive me crazy and it is a very short drive!! Why is it my stats are saying 34+ hours when I send in one or two evey day? Either way it is good to see you here again Gromit!! Anyone else care to share their holiday traditions? You don't even have to be a member of Cybernauts...though you can be!!  Cybernauts rock!!! |

My Holiday tradition seems to have become a dinner made by "Swanson" hehe quick and easy and enough for one! I certainly hope all have a fabulous Holiday and Gromit it is great to see you here again, thanks for the stats reports, wonderful! I agree with PRNRN91, we need new Cybernauts and welcome all! Have a wonderful Holiday season everyone!  |

Been in the teens and 20's here overnite and flirting with snow a bit here lately, how much do you wish I bring? Could get a bit chilly if I bring to much! This team needs to grow, looking for a home, give Cybernauts a chance! |

This team needs to grow, looking for a home, give Cybernauts a chance! hmmm just talking about it got us some cooler weather. It has been raining off and on for two days!! I think the high today will be a chilly 68!  Thanks Ancient Winds. I think perhaps 10 degrees cooler would hit the spot!!Happy Turkey Day USA!! One of the traditions in my family, and I think many others is to give special thanks for what we have. (I know should not do this just one day a year!!) I always give thanks for friends, family, my job. It is also true that the older I get, the more maudlin I get....LOL We would love to see more Cybernauts here!! |
