  Hap py inde pendan ce day USA I visited family in Kansas. One day we had dinner at the movies. It was interesting. Push a button on your seat before the movie starts and a waitress takes your order, and brings you a TV tray. We saw the fantastic four silver surfer movie.....not bad. The grandkids really liked it. I enjoyed the drive down there, almost as much as being there. I could sing to my hearts content with no one complaining!! LOL My dog came with me, she doesn't complain!! We had some really good meals out that I didn't have to fix or clean up. It is blazing hot here in Arizona too, and despite the humidity in Kansas, it was cooler. Luckily I did not run into any really bad weather on my trip. I did see the devestation left by a toronado in greensburg, Kansas. I drove through the town on highway US 54. I was so shocked to see a town that was almost flattened, that I forgot to take pictures. On my way home I did take a couple of digital pix. Cybernauts are now accepting new members!! Come and join this friendly team. |
