Well as i see port 443 in your post, it looks like he tries to connect to the grid server frequently.
Taken from the faq:
What ports do I have to open on my firewall to let the software connect to the server?
Open ports 80 and 443, outbound.


Have you ever tried to turn off your firewall when you see that WCG is about to connect? Because if it can't connect while you're firewall is off, we'll have to search on another route. Can you try that?
