Link text or images to a PDF, no box or icon

Hello!

I've looked around the forum quickly and I can't find this, but sorry if this has been asked!

With the phoca dowload button, I would like to be able to select a portion of text in a paragraph and have this link to my pdf file, or do the same with an image. I like the icon and box around my file, it makes it easy to find, but it is not always appropriate...

Is there a way to do this easily...I know I can do it manually by finding the URL to my PDF, but I want it to be simple for when my clients have to enter new things on their website...

Hi, there is no such option. Phoca Download Button only add the code of Phoca Download Plugin and the code is set by this Plugin. You can set your own text but you cannot select the text in editor - it is the editor feature not a plugin feature.
