How to show files for download

I have installed the component. OK
I have uploaded one pdf file that I want registered users to be able to download
How do I get from here to a situation where I can use a menu item or a link in another module to point to the page, from where registered users can download the pdf file I have uploaded.

Hi, you can create menu link to Phoca Download (see Menu Manager, create menu link, Phoca Download) or you can use Phoca Download Plugin in article.
