I keep getting this error

This file type is not supported (or there are some restrictions on the server).

When I try and upload a file. The files I am using is MP3, I have checked the mime and that looks OK, my php.ini file is set for a max post and file size of 50MB, my Joomla! site is set to accept up to 30MB, but it just won't let me go that far.

Can anyone suggest anything. I have see a lot of posts on here about this issue but none that actually fix my problem. I have even tried changing the folder owner for the phocadownload folder to www-data but nothing.

Any help is greatly received.

OK I had to set the max file size in .htaccess as well as php.ini and set the server so it is impossible for it to time out in php.ini.
