Second Upload Problem

Hello,

I am having a second problem uploading files from the front end, but I didn't want to confuse this issue with the first problem, so I decided to start a second thread. I am able to upload certain documents, but not others. I have three files with similar names. I can successfully upload 2 of them (with the error that I mentioned in my previous thread) but when I try to upload the third document, I get the error messages "Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: Filename cannot be empty in /var/www/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 240". and also "JFile::read: Unable to open file: '' Warning! - Failed to move file". The program reports "File not uploaded" and "File cannot be uploaded". I tried renaming this file to something very simple, but that did not help, either. Any idea what is going wrong?
