Error message "image not loaded"

Hello,

I wanted to add 10 new images to my existing phoca gallery. I did it the same way as before, obviously the thumbnails are not created.

If I try it manually, I get the message "image not loaded", although the files are in the correct folder?

Even if I try to recreate a thumbnail for an already existing image in the gallery, the recreation results in the same error message "image not loaded" and the image isn`t displayed anymore?

I am using PG 4.4.2 and joomla 3.9.27

Hi,

I am using PG 4.4.2 and joomla 3.9.27

1.) Update Phoca Gallery (current version is 4.4.3) and Joomla! (current version is 3.10.6)
2.) Check Enable Thumbnails Generation parameter in Phoca Gallery Options. It needs to be enabled. See image:
