But in the component I see every time this

Element not defined for type = phocaguestbookemail

What I must du to enable it?

Hi, try to download the Phoca Guestbook now, one file definition was missed in XML install file...

or copy:
com_phocaguestbook_v1.3.0_beta.zip/elements/elements/phocaguestbookemail.php

into:
administrator/components/com_phocaguestbook/elements/
folder

Yes, this file was not in the directory. Copy in and all works fine.
