Hi,
I get a timeout message when I visit your website. (to slow)
The Problem is pagination. You need to enable pagination in the menu link to Phoca Gallery Component:
backend --> Menus --> Your Menu with Link to Phoca Gallery Component (e.g. Main Menu) --> Your Menu Item to Phoca Gallery Component (e.g. List of Categories) --> Menus: Edit Item --> Options -->
Display Pagination (Category View) Images=Display
Display Select Box (Category View)=Display
Display Ordering Select Box (Category View)=Display
Save & Close

or you need to enlarge the value of pictures that can be displayed on the first page.
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Category View -->
Pagination Default Value (Category View)=(e.g.)200
Save & Close
