Phoca gallery as in Demosite

I cannot get the gallery categorie and detail the same as in the demosite (joomla 3). What am I not doing correct in the settings.

Hi Manuel,

I think, you have enabled: "Masonry Effect" > Options >Category View > Parameter > Category View Settings.

I changed the settings but still cannot see a mosaic effect.....

And in the categorie images Not every image is shown in different heights.
