Front end image upload : page not found

Hi,

I have a user created.
When i clic on images, then i see the screen with the tabs USER, Main Categorie, Sub Categorie, Images....no problem.
When i create a main categorie then, normally i must get this new page on sub categorie.
Now there is the problem.
I get a page without layout and the second part (sub categories) = page not found.
(i see in the pagesource that html-head and body is not loaded)
How can i figure out what the problem is?

Hi, when you enable php error reporting, do you get any error there:
