Duplicate Category Heading

I am using Joomla 1.5.23 using Phoca Gallery 2.8.1.

For at least 2 of the categories, the page is displaying the header twice. I also notice on those pages, it doesn't display the first photo above the header as it does for all other categories. I cannot see a difference in the definition of each category. Any ideas on what could be causing the problem.

Here is one of the problem pages (notice it says Eyelids - Lower - Eyelids - Lower):

I figured out the solution. Under Menu I had to select Hide for "Display Category Name in Page Title".

I still am not sure why these pages are not displaying the first image at the top like the others, but I'll keep looking for a different setting from the other pages.

Hi, if you disable SEF for the test, you can see the Itemid parameter in URL and there you can see which menu item is active on your site
