Phone Download Button - Link to File broken?

Hi, running on Joomla 3.3.6 with the latest Phoca Download and Button releases, I'm trying to work with the editor button to add a "Link to File".

What happens is that after I've selected the Category and File, when I click the "Insert Code" button, the popup loads the default Joomla page, and never actually adds the required code the the editor window.

• Is it a user issue?
  Is this a known issue?
  Is there a work around?

Hi, hmm, this seems like some SEF/links problem. When you enable javascript debug console, do you get any error there when clicking on the link:
