Can't access images in backend view
Hi, I'm using Phoca Gallery 3.2.8 in a joomla 2.5 site. The gallery I've got is quite extensive and until today it was working perfectly well. Then as I was uploading more images I got 'error 1' message during generating thumbnails. I deleted the image that was listed as the cause of the problem and recreated the thumbnails and after that I have not been able to access my images in a backend view. All I get is the url address and a blank page. All the other tabs in the control panel work fine and the gallery is visible on the site. I deleted the entire album I uploaded last and reinstalled the component but nothing's changed. Any idea what I should do to fix it?

Re: Can't access images in backend view
Hi, blank page mostly means a php error, try to see:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... rs-on-site
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... ent-errors
to get info about the php error

to get info about the php error

I seem to have the same problem. I have already followed your advice and have inserted the code in the file htaccess.txt.
Question: where do I find the errors. I presume there is a file called error.log or similar. Where should I look for it? Thanks for your help

Hi, errorLog - mostly it can be set in different locations, depends on server and its environment, I think, this should be a question on your webhosting provider
