Missing icon Options at Control Panel

I´m using Joomla! 3.3.6 Stable with Phoca Gallery 4.1.1 and i am missing the icon Options at Control Panel.

Is there anyone who can tell me, where i can find it?

Yes, i only have the User admin as Superuser.

Hi, then check your Joomla! administration, all super users can see the Options of extensions

Are you able to see options of other extensions?
