missing random images

Hi,
i upgraded the website to jomla 2.5 from 1.5 after that i miss some random images
As you can see here: http://www.amaliavansolms.org/fotoalbum
The submaps do not have any pictures in them only other maps.

Can you help me with this ?

That is your problem. If categories contain only subcategories and no images, you see only the default folder icon.
But there is a workaround. See: 1. Image representing a gallery (category) https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... t/511-tips

If you want to display an image as category icon and you don't want to display such image in list of category, then you set the first image as unauthorized. Such image will be displayed as category icon but will be not displayed in list of images.
