Front end upload issue

I need user can upload files in front end with Title, description, preview image etc.
Phoca download is a great extension for download file.
But phoca download doesn't have these feature and i have found this quote:
"For now, user cannot edit the uploaded file in frontend, this feature is planned."

When this features will added in this package?
I need help in this issue. Please waiting for your reply.

Hi, I really cannot say, I hope, I will do this before Joomla! 3 will be stable LTS. Not sure which input parts will be added there. Unfortunately duplicity of administration is really difficult
