Delete and Unpublish on front end

I created a user ICadmin that belongs to a user group that I created called "IC." IC is nested under the Public user group. I gave IC global configuration permissions to delete and gave them delete permissions in the phoca download component. I set user ICadmin up as able to upload and delete in the phoca category I set up.

I am able to login and upload files as Icadmin from the front end, but the delete and unpublish buttons are grayed out and I can't use them. If I log in as superuser, I am able to use the buttons. What am I missing? I'm guessing it has something to do with permissions.

Hi, check if the standard user has delete and unpublish rights for the file/category? Seems like only superuser has them
