Problems with Phoca

I use on a lot of sites Phoca gallery but on 1 site it gives some problems.

the multible add flas uploader cannot delete the pgpluploadtmpfolder folder after an upload so it gives an error. Phocagallery folder is allready 777

When I go in to a folder in the website to watch the photo's I'm missing the back button to go back to category overview. I have set the option to yes in the backend.

Hmmm, really no idea what can be wrong there, maybe the folder was created by other ownership, are you able to delete it manually?
