No section sorting in 1.0.5 Beta

I watch this extension from the first version, and with every new release becomes better and better, except the bugs permamently present from 1.0.0 and not reported previously by the users (wondering why).

1. Sections can't be re-ordered, categories - not a problem, but not a sections.2
2. Adding external file, stored on a remote server (eg. sourceforge.net) is not allowed bcz the field File (local file) is required which is wrong, i have to set fake file name which lately is displayed in the description in that field to continue saving and publishing the download link. The file field have to be placed as optional, or the ability for adding external hosted files have to be a sub menu, like in Remository.

2... you should paste the name of the file there (this name is used in the list, so it should be here) ... yes in fact it is a fake file but it is used to display in the list, so there must be one...

1... I don't have any problem with ordering the sections ? please let me know some details about this problem...

this should be solved in some other/better way
currently i can type asd.zip instead of downloader_for_shaiya.exe and will work, which is not right
Adding External Hosted files have to be done by independent option.

For Section problem I'll give u subdomain with 1.5.7 or joomla svn and Phoca Download.
