Frontend user upload keywords and date.

Hello,

I use Phoca Gallery 3.1.5.
There are metadata options (meta keywords) in a category edit menu from backend. It works really well. But is it possible for a user to enter these meta keywords from frontend? Or maybe there is some kind of plugin for attaching some tags for a category. The same question goes to date, adding event date to category by user from frontend. The reason for these needs is that gallery is going to be quite big and it will be a very hard task to find some categories and photos using search.
