set different access level for each image category

Hi! i need a photo gallery that allow me to set different access level for each image category they told me phoca gallery has got this feature

I've set the access level for each category but i don't know how could I do to avoid the users from an access group see the images of the other access group?!! the users are registrered authors so thay can't modify the other authors articles

but in the article editor for each author there 's no way or i can't find a way each author to insert only the images from the author folder

how could user insert images from their own category in their articles and not to see other users images?? it is possible this feature? or anyone could help me to develop this feature?? i could pay for the disturb, please help me is urgent!!!
