How do I make a description in the top ?

Hey, I hope someone can help me...

Look at this Phoca Download

In the top (just over the headline kaffeslabberads) I want to make a small description.
Where and how can I do this???

Hi, you can add it with help of module or write the description in category - the category description will display above the file. Or you can create a Text instead of File instance and write the description here and paste it as first - in administration edit of file - instead of file item, just paste text item.
