Upload Folder and One Category

I would like to have ONE folder where all the uploads go and one where all the downloads go, so basically one folder for uploads and one for downloads. The download folder is set-up and is working fine, but how do I set one up so that uploads go directly to that folder.

I would like users to upload their files so that I can get them when I need them, how do I set ONE default category for all uploads.

Hi, just set one category and set upload rights for all users there.
