Problems with both my 1.5 and 1.7 components

On my 1.5 website, I installed Phoca Download for the first time (fresh install) and it seems as though the background for the description is not showing up.




For my 1.7 website, download counts and descriptions are only shown for certain files.

1.7 check the options, if all the details are enabled.
