Space %20/ in link of file view

Hello,

the link of the last level before the Download is worng an contains space %20/

I looks like this:
http://domain.de/%20/index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=file&id=90:test&Itemid=195
and leads to Error 404.
If I delete is it ist ok!

Kontext:
- The links for sction and category are ok. The Link to the file ist not
- Joomla 1.5.23
- Phoca Download 1.3.9
- the Phoca Download Editor Button Plugin does produce the rught link to the file

No SEF-Tool is used!
