Download Problem after update

Hello, I've just update Phoca download Component from version 13.3 to version 1.3.9 and everything was ok, did not see any problem with the backend, also i turn error reporting to max, and nothing, i thought it was all ok, but now i cant download any file, always get "Error while downloading".

Hi, recheck the paths, see, if there is no set some specific path in settings, try to add new file, if it will have the same behaviour
