non-SEF item pages

Hello, my website is www.lounge.am
Thank you for the great component!!!!!!
i have a download secion there under menu link podcast ( http://www.lounge.am/podcasts ), where the TITLE IS "Podcasts" (browser title)

but when i click on a specific item in podcast category, for example TIVAD Illusion (http://www.lounge.am/podcasts/file/11-tivad-illusion ) it again show "Podcast" Title.
This is very bad for google indexing, and my downloads are not high ranked in google....
i want to show there the ITEM's TITLE, NOT the PODCAST MENU TITLE..

please help me!!!!
