Phoca Download Joomla1.6 RC3 Create category error

Hello,

I just installed the RC3 of Phoca Download on a Joomla 1.6 installation. The installation went fine and the component is installed correctly. I see the control panel but as soon as i try to create a category, i have the error:
"Save failed with the following error: CATEGORY MUST HAVE A TITLE"
Obviously, i did insert a title when definingh the category.
Further more, if i click on "Users" on the Phoca control panel, i get an error 500:
500 - An error has occurred.
Table 'big_disimj.jos_phocadownload' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a ...
What shall i check or do to solve the issue?

Problem solved, the tables where not created. By recreating the tables through PhpMyAdmin the problem has been solved

Which error message do you get exactly?

Hi, What i did is "just" follow the instructions posted at:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/17-phoca- ... em-solving

Even if i do not have problem with FTP, the instructions there explained what to do
