Hi, check the html, seems like there is some code, which can be dangerous to add it in the download site (e.g. some javascript, etc.)

Hi, really no idea there, the check is done by Joomla! method, it checks for possible problem code.

The html code can be dangerous (with javascript) but this does not mean, it is dangerous

Why checking the code, if the code is not performed in Joomla?

Hi, it does not check files for the virus. It checks the uploaded file for security issues on the web, like it is a XSS, but this is more a question on Joomla! developers than on this forum.
