No localization constant in xml file (2.0.0 RC2)

I make russian language pack for RC2
In /components/com_phocadownload/views/category/tmpl/default.xml on line 13

Code: Select all

label="Select Category"
I change this value to

Code: Select all

label="COM_PHOCADOWNLOAD_SELECT_CATEGORY"
