no preview button

Hi
I'm trying out the Phoca Download and first of all, congratulations to this cool extension.
I have a small problem with the preview button:
In the menu I enabled the preview button in the component parameters to yes, but the button does not show up.

In addition ton that, I cannot download JPG-files. The Downloadpage opens, but when I click on the Downloadbutton, there is no dialog opening, where the image should be opened or stored.

Have you selected a file to be previewed?
