Can´t download, page just refreshes

Hi

When i go to the site http://www.sfoenghaven.dk under links - downloads it shows 5 videos. When i press 1 of the links for downloading, it just refreshes??
I have just read the thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=10764. But I do not understand what daniele did?
I am using joomla 1,5 and have installed, phoca download component, phoca dt ownload button and phoca download plugin.

every thing is set by default.

Hi, first check if your templated displays system error messages (switch to rhuk_milkyway to test the download)

Second, try to rename the alias of the video so it will not include numbers (maybe there can be some problem with reading aliases on your site)

I have switched to rhuk_milkyway and having this error: Error while downloading file (Mime Type not found) ?

I tryed to google this error, but it was in spanish

I have also tried the second part, to delete all numbers only letters.

Hi

I solved the problem. The file extension was F4V and it was not supported. I am converting my video to FLV format. I works.

Ok,

you can add the mime type of file to the settings. So such file can be supported. The list of the supported mime types in Phoca Download is only example list which can be modified.

Hi, because of security reasons, you need to list all allowed mime type extensions.
