When click on the parameters I get something as a blank page

I have an interesting problem with phocadownload component. I had to reinstall joomla to work because of some problems with the registration form (blank page vhen click on registration, the problem is solved).
I installed the latest version phocadownload after that I added the old sql table jos_phocadownload (filled with data that were before). everything is functioning ok.
The next step I add the joomla user (around 65 000) thereafter no longer have the options to enter the parameters when I want to change my link I have the following picture, page without joomla menu, no parameters

remove all user, the component works. adding 10 000user step by step everything works to some 45-50k when I cross the 50 bug again. I thought that there is a bug in the user, so I then deleted everything and added only users with ID 40-55K but it is not a problem everything is working properly. Then I added to the task 65000-1 all worked to some 15k. looks like it has some limit on 45-50000 user.

The question of whether phocadownload loaded when user clicks on the parameters?
is there anything to do with parameters from. php (with the limits now, not 2MB), I know that if there are problems with the PHP page is blank
when I was on 60k user everything is working ok with older versions of components. now I do not recall whether I had before the reinstall joomla older version 1.3.6 or this you know where to download the older version to try with it


system properties
Joomla 1.5.18 INSTAL clean without any additives added, sql table only jos_user group etc from the old database in order to have users (on 1.5.20 I had problems with the registration form)
phocadownload 1.3.6
PHP Version: 5.2.11

Hi, maybe you get some memory time issue error In Joomla! the user list is loaded in one select box so if there are a lot of users, this can take some time

This behaviour will be solved in Joomla! 1.6 where the pagination for the user list will be used. For now I don't know any other solution than increasing php memory on your settings in case you have so many users
