Error when uploading photos

Hi

Installed Phoca gallery fine, on joomla 3.3.3

I created some categories, whith access for users to upload their own picture.

But, when users want to upload photo from the fontend, they have a "Error during publishing", something like that.
and then, in their category, they have a ghost picture, which can't be displayed.

In the admin panen of the site, when uploading, and then adding image, it's the same, the icon of the picture do not display, the Recreate mignature tells OK, but change nothing.

I checked everything i could (Rights, server configuration, ...) but everything is ok.

Yeah, i managed to solve it 2 min ago.

i deactivated Jfile, and "validation des miniatures" (small picture generating)
uploaded a picute : worked.

Activate the two previous options: still work.

i don't know what happened.
