Phoca Download Broken after Migration

I currently just created a 1.5 to 3.2.3 migration.

I used the MigrateMe plug-in which worked pretty well. extensions.joomla.org/extensions/migration-a-conversion/joomla-migration/24238

To use this plug-in, I created a brand new Joomla 3 site, installed all the necessary plug-ins and modules for Phoca Download, then imported the SQL tables. This brought back all the settings from my 1.5 site.

The first problem I'm experiencing is with the Editor (TinyMCE). When I click on Phoco Download Button, nothing happens. The screen doesn't refresh, no pop-up, nothing.

The second issue is with the Phoco Plugin itself. When I try to create a new file, i go to select a file and I can't select a file. I click on the filename but nothing happens. This screen looks like it should be a popup window but it's not.

The third issue is the actual download process. When I try to download a file from an article, nothing happens. See here -> kendrickcoleman.com/index.php/Tech-Blog/vm-advanced-iso-free-tools-for-advanced-tasks.html

Everything is public so it shouldn't do this. In addition, other pages are requiring a username and password combo which was never needed before. for now I didn't do migration from 1.5 to 3.x - only from 1.5 to 2.5 https://www.phoca.cz/documents/50-phoca/ ... -joomla-25

TinyMCE - check if you get any error there: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -conflicts

Check if you have installed latest 3 versions (plugins)

Inserting file, select file - this seems like some javascript conflict - try to check if there are any javascript errors - see link above

When you add new file, can such new file be downloaded? (I mean not the migrated, it can happen that something went wrong with permissions, and they need to be resaved - see the migration guide between 1.5 and 2.5)
