Upload don't work correctly

Hi,

i use phoca gallery for some years. But now i have a problem.

Joomla 3.2.2 and Phoca Gallery 4.1.0

I create a new sub catergory and upload a picture. I see this under images with the correct category. But i don't see a thumbmail, if i click at enlarge picture i see only the waiting picture.

At the frontend i can download the picture, but i don't see it.

Under options i activate pagination thumbnail creation, but under images the pictogram shows, that this option is disabled.

How can i solve this issue?

Hi, try to see the image/phocagallery/your-category folder on your server, e.g. with help of ftp, is the thumbnail created for such image?
