Images not uploading properly

Hello,
Thanks for looking at this post. We are having trouble viewing the image once it is uploaded. I can successfully upload an image using either using the phoca gallery uploader or via FTP but the thumbnail image is blank. The system does allow me to select this uploaded image but the main image is blank, too. I am able to select images that were uploaded months ago as both these thumbnail images work and so does the main image. All the previously uploaded images still work.

The webhost package still has plenty of available room and also checked the permissions of the newly uploaded images (644). Perhaps the issue happened when I upgraded to Joomla 2.5.14 a couple of weeks ago. Once I discovered the problem I ungraded phocagallery component from 3.2.0 to 3.2.6 but there was no change.

Hi,
try to check if thumbnail creation is enabled:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Save & Close
