Create New Categories with Picasa and FB Albums in User CP

I want to enable User Control Panel to have new categories.
Also, the facility for users to upload Picasa and FB Albums through that.
How do I achieve that?
I want the categories created to be moderated by the admin before publishing.

Hi, for the frontend there is no feature to upload fb or picasa albums, this can be done in administration only (there are many reasons for this, e.g. security, managing of the fb or picasa accounts, etc.)

Thanks. Linking public Picasa albums should not be a security concern though. I will give it a try if I have time.

Hi, there are many factors which influence a security of the site.

Like making down the server because user will try to overload it with connecting to other server where a lot of items will be tried to get, etc. etc. In administration, mostly you are the one who is connected, in frontend, this can be more users at once, etc. There are more possible problems comming from frontend
