4.0.0 SQL errors

Hello,
Same problema here:
The installation went well (4.0.2 on joomla 3.1.5)
But when I try to create a category I've the error:
0 SQL=SELECT a.*,l.title AS language_title,uc.name AS editor,ag.title AS access ....
running the query in phpMyAdmin:
#1267 - Illegal mix of collations (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='

On image menu:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ...public_html/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/views/phocagalleryimgs/view.html.php on line 32

Category rating:
An error has occurred
500 SQL=SELECT a.*,l.title AS language ...

Image rating:
An error has occurred
500 SQL=SELECT a.*,l.title AS language_title,ua.id AS ratinguserid, ...

same error in other menus.

Hi, check your database settings, if it is Ok with utf-8, try to see this:
