Thumb image in subcategories

i´ve got a category that have subcategories and these last one has images. how can i do to show random images in the category folder when showing a list of categories? i can show random images in the category but not in the case you have a category and the images are inside a subcaetgory of the category.

Hi, just enable e.g. the random displaying for "images as folder icon" parameter, it tries to search in subcategories (except the images are not external images)

II don´t have this option. I see the following one:

"Category View Settings (Categories above Images)" and here i can select the image for the Category. But how can i set the image for "Category View Settings (Categories above Category)"?

Hi, this behaves like categories view, in Options, you can see the area for this view (categories view in category view) and there you can set the behaviour for this view.
