Nivo slideshow: size and Youtube videos?

Hello all,

We've installed Phoca Gallery on a client's website, aswell as installed the Nivo slideshow module.

We're however facing two issues:
- Altough we have set the size of the slideshow to 332*269, the images still show in the size of the thumbnail generated by Phoca... How to correct this ?
- We would like the slideshow to directly be able to also show the Youtube videos from the gallery, not just a thumbnail... Is there a way of doing this ?
