Downloading images from user

Hi!

How can i forbid the download of images by users?
The server has to be set down. Because they are to much sql traffic caused to user downloads (i think)? I have to prevent downloading images.

Hi, if the image is displayed in user brosers that in fact it was downloaded to users computer.
