Ordering Categories "Checked Out" error

Hello,

Running 3.2.1 Phoca Gallery. When I try to order the categories, I receive a pop-up indicating that "You cannot change the order of items, as an item in the list is 'Checked Out' ". However, there are no items shown with the lock, and I went to Global Check-in and checked everything in that was listed, although phocagallery tables are all showing 0.

Please advise. P.S. - I also upgraded Test site to 3.2.2 and still getting error.

Hi, try to recheck the cache in your Joomla!, in your browser and then teh global check-in (after cache is cleaned). Do you get still the problem?

Hi Jan,

I cleared the Joomla cache, then browser cache. Nothing showed up to check in via "Global Check-in". Still get the problem. I tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Solved. I had some duplicate photos somehow. That was causing the issue. Thank you for replying to my concern.
