Authorization and preferences

One simple question:
It's possible authorize management of preferences for user like administrator?
Actually I see is only super administrator that can modify preferences.

hi,
for Joomla 2.5 only: Go to Phoca Gallery options, permissions tab, and make sure the configure task is allowed for the users groups you'd like to be able to access the component options.

Thanks but unfortunately, version that I'm using is 1.5.15
There's some solution about? Even editing configuration file or some php file
Phoca Gallery version is 2.8.1 last availaible to this Joomla version

Hi, then you'll need to hack the code, but I don't know which files :/
But you should consider migrating to Jooml1 2.5 soon, since 1.5 already reached its end of life and is no longer supported by updates!

I try to see if code will tell me something

About upgrade will be possible but is not my website..is from friend.
At this point, I only check if code could give me a solution...
